Home of Steve, Christine, Katherine, Ally, Rosebud, and Rex
Christine decided to make vanilla pudding from scratch. She diligently stirred the pudding for over 15 minutes. Unfortunately, the back refrigerator decided to not cooperate. The pudding ended up all over the floor. Steve and Ally helped her clean things up. It was a totally mess.
Ally had her first middle online canadian casino instant play school volleyball match at Lakeside. Ally had a great time playing with her school mates and showing off her skills and love for volleyball.
Katherine spent most of mid-winter break with the Goad family in Suncadia. They played in the snow which included tubing and ice skating. Katherine had a great time with her Overlake and Sudden Impact friend Sydney.
Allison participated in an indoor and beach volleyball camp at DaKine Sports during mid-winter break. She had four days of volleyball from 9A until 5P with an hour break for lunch. The coaching and group of girls were awesome. Ally enjoyed playing with her SIVBC teammate Macy and friend from HP indoor Kyleene. Our plan is to do this again for spring break, April 10th.
One of the drills they had to do was push a board wrapped in a towel across the court. They also had to do lines in the sand hold medicine balls. The camp was great skills training and conditioning.
Ally played in the U12 Queen of the Beach tournament at Dakine Sports in Tacoma. She played first out of 8 beach volleyball players. In the final round, Ally won by having fewer points scored against her. She had lots of fun and played with some great U12 beach volleyball players from PSVBA and SSVBC.
Allison participated in the regional Math is Cool competition with her classmates from Lakeside. Ally qualified for the masters competition team along with William Fang, Connor Huang, and Josh Koch. Ally was one of the top four scorers from Lakeside 6th grade.
